Andy Wicking
Director
"High-value sales demand clear advice, calm negotiation, and a sharp understanding of the market."
Andy has been in the property industry for over 25 years and has spent that time developing a deep understanding of what it takes to sell a home well. He acquired Charles Bainbridge because he believed in what it stood for - an independent agency built on integrity, local knowledge and a genuine commitment to the client - and his focus since has been on making it the best it can be.
His approach is unhurried and honest. He will tell you what your home is worth, explain how he would approach the sale and give you the kind of clear, experienced advice that only comes from having done this properly for a very long time. Vendors consistently find that reassuring, particularly when a sale gets complicated and they need someone who has seen it before.
Andy knows Canterbury and East Kent well and cares about the reputation Charles Bainbridge has built in this market. Every sale matters to him personally.
