Canterbury is Charlie’s home town, he was born and grew up in the City and attended St. Edmund’s School. Charlie’s career in Estate Agency started in the early 1990s and in 2000 he joined a highly respected regional firm where he was Partner for many years. Whilst directly overseeing the running of the company Charlie uses his wealth of experience from dealing with a wide variety of property types across all market sectors to offer expert advice on all aspects of property sales and lettings including valuation, marketing, method of sale and acquisitions.
Zoë oversees the everyday running and operations of the Firm ensuring the client experience is exemplary across all divisions of the Company.
Zoë also heads up the Lettings and Management Dept. which has grown dramatically under her supervision and now has a wide mix of private, corporate and investment landlords who often comment on the skill and care with which Zoë and her team operate.
Having embarked on a career in Estate Agency with a local Independent company, Paul was elevated to Branch Manager within five years over which time he gained a wide experience of all aspects of the residential sales market. The location of his previous role meant that Paul enjoyed dealing with the ripple effect of the East London Olympic development and the diverse opportunities that arose as a result. Paul is an integral part of sales operation of the firm and is very popular with clients during negotiations and sales progression, his diplomacy, tact and warmth during what can otherwise be stressful times are tangible.
Adele ably looks after our landlord clients ensuring the smooth running of their tenancies and takes a pride in looking after properties “as if they were her own”. Having worked in both sales and lettings with an independent Firm in Milton Keynes Adele joined Charles Bainbridge on her relocation to Canterbury. When time allows Adele loves horse riding and is inseparable from Roger the Dalmatian.
Jonah’s career started in the auction industry where he dealt with a wide range of furniture and antiques. Having developed an interest in property he decided to pursue a career in Estate Agency. Jonah looks after the day to day requirements of many of our clients, arranging and conducting viewings while also coordinating marketing and coverage. Jonah has a passion for fitness and cars and is an avid follower of The Archers!
Andrea is a highly experienced Estate Agent whose career started in 2004. She handles the administration preparing clients properties for sale, designing the property brochures and implementing the individual marketing schedules. She liaises with clients, purchasers, landlords and tenants ensuring all their dealings with the firm run smoothly. Andrea and her partner have refurbished a number of impressive property projects and have their hands full with a new Labrador puppy.
Megan is an integral part of the Lettings and Management team assisting with a wide spectrum of tasks related to new tenancies and ongoing property management. Having left St. Edmunds school Megan got great customer service experience working for the NHS 111 service as an Operational Navigator. Outside work Megan enjoys playing tennis and running.
Clare handles much of the office logistics, assisting clients with enquiries, coordinating valuation appointments and organising and escorting viewing appointments while assisting with the smooth running of the administration of the office as a whole. Clare runs the amazing charity, The Sadie Bristow Foundation, which inspires children to play sports and improve allergy education.
The core team is ably assisted by additional staff who are a great asset to the firm. Be it working in the office, escorting viewings or assisting with property management they share the qualities and ethos of the firm whilst bringing a wealth of local knowledge, expertise and experience.
