Welcome to Charles Bainbridge Estate Agents

Charles Bainbridge Estate Agents was founded in 2014 by Charles himself, following a successful decade in the industry. Over the next ten years, he built a business known for its integrity, strong local knowledge, and deeply personal service, earning a trusted reputation across Canterbury and the surrounding area.

After 30 years in estate agency, Charles made the decision to step away and begin a new chapter. Following careful consideration and months of conversations, he chose to pass the baton to Andrew Wicking, a like-minded professional who shared his values, vision, and commitment to the community. In December 2024, the business was acquired by RedDoor Homes, with the sole focus of continuing the sales arm under the Charles Bainbridge name. Lettings are now managed by RedDoor Homes, maintaining the same high standards and continuity of service.

Today, Charles Bainbridge remains proudly independent and family-run, with founding team member Andrea Dann, alongside Izzy Boarman Powell, Josh Wicking (Andrew’s son), and a growing team of dedicated professionals. While the business continues to evolve, the values it was built on remain unchanged: personal service, local expertise, and a commitment to doing things properly.

It’s an exciting new chapter for Charles Bainbridge Estate Agents – bringing a fresh age of estate agency with forward-thinking and innovative ideas at its heart.
