Charlie Bainbridge MNAEA
Canterbury is an important place for Charlie, he was born in Canterbury, grew up in Canterbury, went to school at St Edmunds in Canterbury and some years later he married his wife Georgie in Canterbury, few can claim such an affinity with, and knowledge of, the City. Charlie’s career in estate agency started in the early 1990’s and in 2000 he joined a highly respected regional firm where he was offered a partnership at an exceptionally young age and has since forged a reputation as one of the leading agents in the region winning plenty of awards along the way.
Charlie has a wealth of experience dealing with a wide variety of property types across all market sectors and is able to offer expert advice on all aspects of property sales and lettings including valuation , marketing, method of sale and acquisitions.
Charlie has four children and is a keen gym goer and runner and has recently run marathons, cross country ultra-marathons and a number of endurance obstacle races.
Zoe grew up in west Kent and moved to the Canterbury area in 2006. A professionally trained, and skilled, photographer Zoe worked as a forensic photographer for Kent Police for many years. Zoe’s photographic skills and training are second to none and this gives you a clue as to why we are able to offer such an incredibly high standard of in-house photography. With Zoe’s talent we are able to offer our clients significant savings on professional photographer’s fees.
Zoe is an experienced estate agent and handles the lion’s share of the administration preparing clients properties for sale, designing the property brochures and implementing the individual marketing schedules. In addition Zoe will organise and escort many of the viewings. She liaises with clients, purchasers, landlords and tenants ensuring all their dealings with Charles Bainbridge Estate Agents run smoothly.
Zoe is married to Kevin and they have a son, two dogs and she enjoys keeping fit and is also a keen runner.
Having embarked on a career in Estate Agency as a Junior Negotiator with a local Independent company, Paul was elevated to Branch Manager within five years over which time he gained a wide experience of all aspects of the residential sales market. The location of his previous role meant that Paul enjoyed dealing with the ripple effect of the East London Olympic development and the diverse opportunities that arose as a result.
Since the birth of his two children, Paul has most recently been helping to run the family business. He is now excited to be pursuing his career in Estate Agency and is able to help with all aspects of your move.
Paul lives in Whitstable with his wife and two children having made the move from Essex in 2008. Paul takes an active interest in music and has previously worked as a professional musician.
